Cheerleading tackle twill, screen printing, heat seal and embroidery. We are proud to offer the internet's largest assortment of printing options for your cheerleading shells, t-shirts and sweatshirts. Our graphics and printing department can help you create the uniforms you have in mind for your squad. Choose from dozens of stock designs for team names, numbers, player names and mascots. You can also design your own screen-print cheer logo for your shirts and shorts with our online logo editor.

In order for us to do the printing we require that the garments be purchased through our website. We do not accept jerseys sent to us for printing. We also do not sell any of our numbers, letters or mascots to be applied to your own jerseys. HEAT SEAL (THERMO-FILM) PRINTING

Heat seal is a very popular option to apply team names, player names to you team cheer shells, jackets and apparel. Heat Seal is combination of heat and high pressure to permanently bond a film transfer to the garment. Our advanced cutting methods ensure clean, perfectly cut letters and numbers. All numbers & letters are applied by our graphics department with state of the art Heat-Seal equipment. Heat seal custom logos are now available in up to 3 colors. Minimum requirement of 8.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a popular option for cheer apparel such as shorts, tees and sweatshirts. Chose from several stock layout that can be modified with your own team name, mascot or various clip-arts such as stock megaphones. Custom logos are are available in screen printing and can be printed on cheer apparel with ease. Also choose from several stock screen numbers and player names fonts. Minimum requirement of 10.

NEW EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is now available for your team cheer shells, jackets, tees and sweatshirts. Choose from up to 16 thread colors in a wide variety of fonts and layout options. Embroidery is typically done on smaller left chest (heart) sized logos and looks great on all sorts of apparel and fabric types. Please email us if you have a custom embroidered logo you would like an estimate on. Minimum requirement of 10.

NEW TACKLE TWILL - SEWN

Tackle twill is now available for your team cheer shells and apparel. Tackle twill is the combination of cut twill pieces with zig-zag or satin sewn borders. Our tackle twill products are the same as worn by profession and amateur teams. Tackle twill can be ordered in 1 or 2 colors in scripts, block letter layouts, numbers, player names and team perfect logos. Custom twill appliqu� logos are now also available. Minimum requirement of 10.
