Digital transfers are a great choice for artwork with complex detail than cannot be achieved with traditional screening processes. Digital transfers have no color limitations and produce photo quality images.  Eco-solvent ink is printed on a special type of film paper that is then applied to the garments with a heat press.  Digital transfers can be printed on just about all materials and are a durable and economical choice for teams.

Screen printing is our post popular option for custom team logos and artwork. Our screen printing formulas are designed specifically for athletic garments such as jerseys, jackets and team apparel. Screen printing is available in up to 5 colors and can be printed as large as 11"x14".  All of our screen printing inks match our screen player names & numbers.

Heat Seal custom logos are available in up to 3 colors are ideal for less complex logos that do not have a tremendous amount of detail. Heat seal logos can be made up to a 11" x 14" maximum size. We only use Stahl's Thermo-Film which is regarded as the best product in the industry.  These logos are highly durable and will last for years if care for properly. All heat seal colors will match our heat seal player names & numbers.

Twill appliqué logos consist of a mix of sewn twill pieces and stitched embroidery. Choose from up to 3 twill colors and 3 thread stitch colors to create your logo in up to six colors. Artwork must be emailed in for a price estimate. These logos will give your team a chance to really stand out from the competition. All twill colors & thread colors will match our twill numbers, letters and embroidery thread colors.
