I wanted to let you know that you and your company did a fantastic job with our recent order. We received the jerseys and socks in time for our season and EVERYONE was completely impressed with the quality. They do look really sharp and we are proud to wear them (I think Michigan would be envious!). I have attached a couple of photos of our team wearing the jerseys after last night�s game. We won the championship in the last season and unfortunately they didn�t have the trophy ready until last night. But it worked out because we looked good for the photo. On the 4th day, my shipment arrived, but was completely incorrect. I emailed Homegrown with my problem. At this point, customer service took over! Stephanie from customer service promptly replied to my email, corrected the order and contacted the shipping company. Within 2 days, I had my correct order and a paid return FedEx label to make my return very simple. Although I was initially distraught over the incorrect shipment, Stephanie was courteous, apologetic, prompt, and came through with my order! I love the items I purchased!
