How To Order Custom Uniforms / Add Numbers, Logos, Etc.

Orders requiring customization including numbers, letters, logos can be placed 2 different ways:

The online order form can be downloaded and either emailed or faxed in to us. We strongly encourage using the custom order form to insure order accuracy and to help speed up the ordering process. We highly recommend using this form for any order requiring printed player names. A staff member will take the time to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order

Once the order form is received, an estimate including the order details and cost will be emailed to your address within 1 business day. We do this to make sure there are no errors and you are getting exactly what you are ordering. Some orders will require the estimate to be signed/dated and faxed or emailed back to us prior to the order being processed.

You may also call us to place your order during regular business hours. If you receive our answering service please leave us a detailed message and a time that is best to reach you. A staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

A customer service professional will take the time to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order. All order information will be taken over the phone however, if your order requires player names we recommend emailing these to us. An order confirmation can be emailed/faxed to you which includes the printing details of the custom order. Some orders will require the estimate to be signed/dated and faxed or emailed back to us prior to the order being processed.

General

We require minimums for our printing services. This includes a minimum of 10 items for screen printing and 8 items for heat seal and sport stitch. We do not print individual jerseys.

All printing is done at an additional cost. The price of the blank garment can be found on the item's page. The various printing costs can be found under the Numbers/Letter/Logos section of the website. This can be found on the left hand side of every page.

Before placing a custom order we recommend ordering a few various sizes to size up your team before placing the final order. Once the garments are printed they can not be returned or exchanged as the printing process is permanent. Custom uniform orders are created to the specifications of each customer and are therefore non-returnable.

We do not accept rush orders. We do not guarantee delivery dates. An estimated ship date will be provided at the time the order is placed. The actual ship date may vary by up to a week depending on our production load. Please allow enough lead time to receive your order when you need it.
