Order Processing
We do not guarantee your order will be processed. If additional shipping charges apply, your card is declined or an incorrect billing address is provided your order will not be processed until the matter is resolved. The billing address is the address on file with your credit card provider. Additional verification may be required for orders shipping to an address other than the billing.
Once an order is processed we are unable to make any changes or cancel the shipment. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting. Any order refused upon delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee
Please be sure to provide a working email address.  Should there be a problem with your order you will be contacted via email.
In Stock Availability
We do not have real-time inventory. Occasionally a shortage on an order may occur. Orders that have 1 or more items that are out of stock will be notified via email. Charges will be adjusted to reflect the items shipped. We will notify you about any changes to your order as soon as possible.
Minimum Order Requirements
While most items shown on the website may be ordered individually, certain items require a minimum quantity upon ordering. All items that require a minimum quantity will have a notification at the bottom of the item's page. Item(s) added to the cart that do not do not meet the minimum order requirement will be removed or result in cancellation of the order.  
Ground Only Products
Due to certain warehouse limitations some items on our website are only available for UPS ground shipping.  Such items will be noted at the bottom of the the item' page.  Selecting 2 day air shipping during checkout on these items will result in delay or cancellation of your order.  The order will be placed on hold and an email notification will be sent regarding the shipping. 
Custom Orders
Once a custom order is placed we are unable to cancel or make any changes after the order is processed. This includes all orders with screen printing, heat seal, sport stitch, custom cut and sew, etc...which are deemed non-returnable. Custom uniform orders are created to the specifications of each customer and are therefore non-returnable.
Coupon / Promotional Codes
Any coupon code, special offers or promotions are valid only at time of purchase. Coupon / promotional codes can only be applied to the current order being placed. Coupon codes may be applied to non-printed orders only, unless otherwise specified.
