Shipping Information

When We Ship

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 noon EST will begin processing and generally ship the same business day pending availability and credit verification. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 3 - 10 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm EST will begin processing the following Monday.

UPS 2 day air orders placed before 12:00 noon EST (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will ship that same business day pending availability and credit verification.

Certain items on our website are only available to ship via UPS Ground. Such items will have a notice posted at the bottom of the item's page. Selecting online 2nd day air for such items will result in the order being placed on hold until we can contact you.

In-stock Athletic Knit, SP and Kobe products will usually ship within 1 business days. If the item is not in stock please expect an average delay of 3-5 business days. Under certain circumstances, an additional delay may be required. If this is required an email notification will be sent.

Where We Ship

Blank (Unprinted Orders)

United States: We currently only offer shipping within the 50 United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). We do not offer shipping of unprinted orders to the US territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

Canada: Only the following brands are available to ship to Canada (blank/unprinted orders only): Athletic Knit, Kobe & SP Apparel. There is a $100 minimum order requirement & a $5 handling fee on blank/unprinted orders shipping to Canada. There will be the following additional PST sales tax: Martimes - 15%, BC - 13%, Ontario - 13%, Saskat - 5%, Alberta - 5%, Manitoba - 5%, Quebec - 5%. Our online store checkout system does not accept alpha/numeric zip codes. All orders shipping to Canada must pay by check or via credit card through PayPal. Custom Printed Orders

United States: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states and the US territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. We also offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Custom printed orders shipping to APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands must ship via USPS mail only.

Canada: There is a $100 minimum order requirement on custom printed orders shipping to Canada. We ship all orders to Canada via USPS/Canada Post. We do not accept credit cards with a Canadian Billing Address. All orders shipping to Canada must pay via credit card through PayPal. Australia: There is a $100 minimum order requirement on custom printed orders shipping to Australia. We ship all orders via USPS/Australia Post. We do not accept credit cards with a International Billing Address. All orders shipping to Australia must pay via credit card through PayPal. How We Ship

We ship most orders to physical addresses via UPS and on rare occasions via FED-EX or USPS . Any orders shipped to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS. We do not accept 3rd party / customer shipping accounts.

Some orders will ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. Items from the same order may ship from multiple warehouses. Depending on the warehouse, different carriers may be used. If this happens you will be notified via email. The original shipping charges will remain the same. Tracking information (if available) will be emailed to the address provided.

Transit Times

UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit times. Transit times may vary depending on shipping method and the destination of your order. We do not guarantee delivery dates or refund shipping charges. The appropriate carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) should be contacted directly should any problems/damage occur during shipment. Any refused package will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Custom Orders

The turnaround time for custom printed orders generally runs between 2-3 weeks. This time can vary depending on the season. For up-to-date turnaround time please visit our Request A Quote section of the website.

Certain SP Hockey jerseys & socks are not kept in stock and therefore must be custom made by the manufacturer. These items require a 6-8 week turnaround time for production. If printing is required please allow an additional 2-3 weeks.

Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for custom printed or custom cut & sew orders. An estimated shipping date will be given at the time the order is placed. Although we try our hardest to ship orders around this given date the actual ship date may vary by up to a week depending on our production load. Please allow enough lead time to receive your order when you need it.
