Warranties

We do not warrant the products we sell. All stock unprinted/printed garments/accessories are backed by the limited warranties of the manufacturer. The warranty period varies by manufacturer and item. All claims shall be handled directly with the original manufacturers. Any shortage claim or problem with an order must be made within 3 days upon receipt.

Should you have a problem with a custom uniform order (heat seal, screen print, sport stitch, custom cut & sew, etc...) please email us within 5 days upon receipt of the order. An email will be sent to you with return instructions on getting the garments back to us. All items must be received back to us within 7 days of this email. The return date will be included in the email.
