When We Ship:

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm EST* will begin processing and generally ship the same business day pending availability and credit verification. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST* will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm EST will begin processing the following Monday. It is our goal to ship you items from the closest in-stock warehouse. It may be possible that items will ship from multiple warehouses. Separate tracking numbers will be supplied for each shipment.

* Athletic Knit, Kobe and Pearsox Hockey brand items ship from the Northeast warehouse and are only available to ship via Ground within 1 business day. Such items will have a notice posted at the right of the item's page.

* OC Sports caps ship within 1 business day.

* Alleson & Badger brand item have a 1PM EST cutoff to ship same day.

Where We Ship:

Blank (Unprinted Orders)

United States:

We currently only offer shipping within the 50 United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). We do not offer shipping of unprinted orders to the US territories of Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

Canada:

Only the following brands are available to ship to Canada (blank/unprinted orders only): Athletic Knit. All orders are billed / invoiced in US$. There will be the following additional PST sales tax: Alberta - 5%, British Columbia - 12%, Manitoba - 12%, Newfoundland / Labrador - 13%, New Brunswick - 13%, Nova Scotia - 15%, Ontario - 13%, Saskatchewan -10%, Quebec /Prince Edward island - 12%, Yukon / NW 5%.

Custom Printed Orders

United States:

We currently offer shipping to all 50 states and the US territory of Puerto Rico. Please email us if you want to ship to the US Virgin Islands, Guam etc.

Canada:

Only Athletic Knit Factory Direct custom orders can ship to Canada. All orders are billed / invoiced in US$. There will be the following additional PST/GST/HST sales tax: Alberta - 5%, British Columbia - 12%, Manitoba - 12%, Newfoundland / Labrador - 13%, New Brunswick - 13%, Nova Scotia - 15%, Ontario - 13%, Saskatchewan -10%, Quebec /Prince Edward island - 12%, Yukon / NW 5%. How We Ship:

We ship most orders to physical addresses via UPS, FED-EX or USPS. Any orders shipped to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS. We do not accept 3rd party / customer shipping accounts. Some orders will ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. Items from the same order may ship from multiple warehouses. Depending on the warehouse, different carriers may be used. If this happens you will be notified via email. The original shipping charges will remain the same. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided.


Transit Times:

UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit times. Transit times may vary depending on shipping method and the destination of your order. We do not guarantee delivery dates or refund shipping charges. The appropriate carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) should be contacted directly should any problems / damage occur during shipment.


Custom Orders:

The turnaround time for custom decorated orders generally runs between 1-4 weeks. This time can vary depending on the season and size of the order. For up-to-date turnaround time please contact our sales department or see our Decoration Lead Time page. Certain Athletic Knit, Kobe and SP Hockey jerseys and socks are not kept in stock and therefore must be custom made by the manufacturer. These items require a 2-5 week turnaround time for production.

Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for custom printed, sublimated or custom cut and sew orders. An estimated shipping date will be given at the time the order is placed. Although we try our hardest to ship orders around this given date the actual ship date may vary by up to a week depending on our production load. Please allow enough lead time to receive your order when you need it.
