All Homegrown branded products carry a 3 year limited warranty against material and craftsmanship defects for the practical and reasonably expected lifetime of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Proof of purchase may be required.

We do not warrant the other brands / products we sell. All stock unprinted / printed garments and accessories are backed by the limited warranties of the manufacturer. The warranty period varies by manufacturer and item. All claims shall be handled directly with the original manufacturer. Any shortage claim or problem with an order must be made within 5 business days upon receipt. Please email us with your order number and shortage info. We require this in writing.

Should you have a problem with a custom decorated / sublimated uniform order please email us within 5 business days upon receipt of the order. An email will be sent to you with return instructions on getting the garments back to us. All items must be received back to us within 10 business days of this email. The return date will be included in the email.
